Default what spark plug to use

what type of plug do you use on a lt1. idont know what to get and i have full msd ignition without the opti or cap. thanks

Lots of people will recommend NGKs - TR55 or TR6, most people on ls1tech will tell you the bosch platinum 4s (and other multiple electrode spark plugs) are just marketing pieces and overpriced... I went with AC Delco platinums because the NGKs are only supposed to last you 25,000 miles, and my car is a daily driver so that's too often for me personally.
