Default need to pass emissions

Hey guys, i really need to pass emissions come august. do these hi-flow cats bring down the toxins to the levels needed? I have heard that to pass you need like 2 of the hi-flows. If that is so i guess i'll have to get a regular one because i need it to pass ect. and i havent found someone that could "help" me for a decent price. how much hp would I lose going to one from a muffler shop or so? will i gain any back putting my cut-out after it?

I have an EGR and a factory CAT, no AIR stuff. When I put on my longtubes, I am blocking the EGR because they are racing Headers. I am still keeping the Cat, because my exhaust is crazy loud even with it in. I'm in Arkansas, no inspection of any kind though ....

My high flow magnaflow cat passed emissions, I had to go back and change the 02 sensors because it failed with the new cat the first time around.

Just put a stock cat on and you should pass. you also can get a muffler shop to put bolts on either side of the cat so you can take it off and put on a straight pipe after the emissions. I have heard of a few people who do that to get around emissions.
