Default Did a little turbo fabbing last night...

I started fabbing up a stock exhaust manifold kit. Unfortunately the A/C gets deleted, but here are some pics showing some layout. The turbo is a garrett T67 rated for 750 fwhp. Opinions, questions, and comments welcome. It will probably go up on ebay unless someone is interested in it:

Its not on all the way. It still needs to go in 5/16 further, I just didnt feel like tapping i on. Think of it as buil in safety factor. When I mockup I can the turbo against the damper for support and alignment and still know there will be 5/16 gap when assembled.

Will you have to notch your frame for the turbo inlet? Looks like it will interfere??

No, its about 5-6 inches from the frame so a stubby filter or an elbow will fit fine.

ABS is unaffected. The DP comes out and goes under the pass. side motor mount. Other than needing to get pusher fans for the other side of the radiator and wrappin some stuff with heat insulation, its a bolt-on job.

It will fit no problem. I wont be putting it in my car (currently engineless), but whoever buys this will have to post pics.

I would sell it for $2200 + shipping. If nobody is interested I wil throw it on ebay. It comes with hotside, turbo and wastegate. Its just a one off kit. figured I would do something with my stock manny's and a turbo I had laying around

I prefer t be contacted via email for questions because i check that more.

If you can give info on the kit, and if it works well im sure you could have alot of DIY guys wanting to buy it from you.

LS1 guys do it all the time im sure this would work decent, STS works good with stock manifold. I know its a whole different kit but it should be the same concept?
