Default crazy high idle, WTF?

finally chased my drivability issue, it was the MAP, but now a new issue!
idle is around 2000-2500, making it rather difficult to drive in stop/go traffic LOL
It also just started driving like it has a slight stutter, it sounds a little muffled on the intake side, but NO SES light
I also have 2 AF gagues, and one bank bounces ALL over the place, the other pretty steady, but I think these things suck ***, so they're coming out (NOT WB O2s)

I have replaced the following:
NGK TR55s @.050(running NA right now)/wires/MAP/Fuel Filter/O2s/PCV
Also just seafoamed/oil change when the plugs were done.
TB and intake sprayed out also today.

Anyway, what could be causing any of it? Any leads?

93 TA M6, Hot Cam kit, milled heads, Moroso CAI, BBK TB, Hooker LTs/Mufflex ORY 4" single, MSD Digital 6, 2step and 125 shot

Sounds like you have false air, an open vacuum line. Check those hoses & fittings.

could this be causing the stutter also? Check the plug wires, they are fine? And JUST now, after an hour of running like crap, and idling high, the idle just dropped down to ~900

mine use to get a high idle because the plastic cover over the throttle cable was catching the throttle and not lettin it go. needless to say that cover is gone.

my cover is gone, and when the throttle is closed, it's closed. Howeverm with the 58mm, even closed, it feeds enough air to support a high idle like that.
