After chewing up two sets of lifters on a futral f-13 I sent the cam back to futral a month or so ago to check out and see if the car was at fault. There were some ridges on the lobe surfaces that looked like the cam was not ground correctly. Fast forward to today, I received a cam in the mail. Brand spanking new. I totally understand that there can be problems and complications in the manufacturing and distribution process. But I feel that futral did a great job in keeping a customer happy when a problem did arise. My hats off to allan and co. over at futral motorsports!
