Gears & Axles - changing fluid on strange 12 bolt with upgraded cover...

I have my strange 12 bolt in and am about halfway through the break in period. The instructions said to pull the cover and clean it out at the end of the break in ( I'm assuming to clear out any shavings). What's throwing me is the upgraded cover with the bearing cap studs. What do I need to do with those when pulling the cover and putting them back on? and does anyone know what the torque specs are on those 2 nuts? Thanks in advance.

TA says 25 ft lb on the cover bolts adn 5 ft lbs on the load bolts.

How much gear oil do you put in with the T/A cover?

2 quarts non-synthetic plus a bottle of additive is what my sticker on the rear said.
