3500/1.7str fuddle
http://videos.streetfire.net/video/1...3EA2B61422.htm
just after breaking it in i feathered a 1/4 mile run on a backroad with pretty cold nittos. cant really see the RPM gauge half the time but the speedo is easy to read.
might be NWS for a small F bomb halfway in the video.
converters really wake a car up

01' WS6 - mods: BG ram air, lid, ported TB, LS6 cam (not tuned just shiftpoints) stock 3.23's and a Dynomax bullet on the completely stock exhaust system (bought car like this) Nitto 555R and obviously the 3500/1.7str converter.
i really like the converter, i can demolish the tires at will even with the low STR rating (no more 0-30 slow spot). Because of my converter design it is supposed to be really loose but its not so bad imo, this is my first high stall converter.
daily driving i rarely have to go above 2500rpm to keep with traffic (slower traffic around 2100rpm and faster traffic closer to 3000rpm), it can be a little loud considering the bullet muffler though.
i should be going to the track tomorrow for the first test n tune.

stock converter - 2.0? 60ft, 13.19@105mph, after LS6 cam i was getting 2.2 60fts and running about 13.5@107mph
new converter - 1.75 60ft, 12.27@110.00mph
i am pretty happy, i have video and will try to get it uploaded soon.
my first run was the 12.27 and i was like the 3rd person to run on the fresh track, after that i progressivly spun more and more.

yea, for some reason i never really looked at my exhaust until recently and realized i have all the stock piping but with what i think is a dynomax bullet. Especially considering since its pretty much a stock exhaust and so damn loud.
im thinking race style coated pacesetters and TSP ORY, then either an electric cutout right after that or just getting a bigger diameter pipe back to the muffler.
on my way home i lost 4th gear and got a check engine light, shut my car off and started back up and 4th was back. checked the code and its a B silenoid stuck, like P0757? i think. would that be some random coincidence or can i expect this to keep happening until its replaced?

Dude Im glad you like your Fuddle, got a 3800/2.2 here, and Im loving it.
Also If you are still having prolems with the engine light it could be a shift solenoid. they tend to throw codes.
