is that the MSD proto opti itself, or just the cap? I've had one of those cap/rotors on my shelf for a couple weeks now.

just the cap and rotor if my opti survived 145k miles and still ran 13's i saw no reason to spend that much money on just an opti

I am thinking of doing the install. Is it worth it? My Opti has about 30,000 miles on it.

well i got a new stock opti and just put the msd cap and rotor on so it was worth it for me with that low of a mileage who knows the cap and rotor was a lot nicer than stock and they give you phillips head screws to get rid of those freakin reverse torx screws made it a lot easier to put together
