Ok, in my camaro, when I role my drivers side window down, it like..pops when i hit down, and then once it reaches the bottom of the door, it bulges my door out on the inside...What would cause this, and whats a solution??

but the passanger side dosent do it.

mine does the same, and ive tried agjusting the tracks in side the door but i thing the window just goes down to far

Don't know about the popping, but I can feel the window bulging the drivers side door with my leg against it as it comes down - has always done that. Never checked the other side, would check but the motor is toast.

^^^ same as me its always bulged for me and its brand new motor, not sure what popping is only way to find out is to open her up and look while rolling up and rolling down.

Pull off your door panel and watch as the window goes down to make sure its not snaggin anything on the way down...mine did it and it was getting caught on my speaker holder thing pushing it outward...making the door flex...
