Default Time to replace 10 bolt?

2001 camaro z28 m6. ive had a loud clunk sound almost every time i go into first from a stop since i bought it in september, just last weekend i put a umi panhard bar on and now i turn i get a speed sensitive click (clicks faster the faster im going) and i can grab the rim when the car is parked without ebrake on and feel the back rims move back and forth. its got 60,000 miles on it and i dont launch or powershift the car. i know the noise isnt from the panhard bar but the bushings probably made the click easier to hear. is my 10 bolt done for?

Hard to say, pull the cover and see what you find.

Probably the torsen taking a **** on you. Normally it can make noise for a long long time and still be driving okay. My carrier made noise for a while but didn't **** completely until I went to the track with brand new mickey thompsons.

You can just replace the torsen unit.
