Default INJ flow rate ?

How do you know 100% if your injector flow rate #'s are correct? I have tried all kinds of #'s in different variations and the car did not seem to care.

I ended up multiplying my original injector flow rate by 140% and came up with these. This was based on a mathematical equation I found in one of these threads. They are pretty close to the inj. rate sheet. Are these correct?

LABELS Injector Flow Rate (Grams/Second)
Manifold Vacuum kPa {link: SAE.MANVAC} Value
0 8.703125
5 8.757813
10 8.820313
15 8.875000
20 8.929688
25 8.968750
30 9.023438
35 9.078125
40 9.132813
45 9.171875
50 9.226563
55 9.289063
60 9.343750
65 9.382813
70 9.437500
75 9.492188
80 9.531250

Duke,
Thanks for the link, but as I said my #'s are already really close based on the equation I found on here somewhere.
That's why I am asking the question. My #'s are very close to the spread sheet. But how do you know that these are correct? My understanding on tuning VE, MAF, PE ect... is that you need to start with the correct injector size. Is everyone using this spread sheet as the end all to injector flow rate or is that a base line and there is more to it to figure the correct flow rate? Are these #'s correct?
Thanks,

Please keep this in mind my friend.....

I tune customer cars on a regular basis that do not know what injectors are in their car. I pick a number depending on what software I am working with that I feel is close to the actual injector size like you feel your table is close, AND STICK WITH IT. Make whatever numbers are in the table be a constant for you, once they are set do not change them. So the main thing to keep in mind when tuning a VE table is trying to get your actual number to line up with your target. Do not get hung up on flow rates although important they need to be a constant anyway for the ECU to make it's assumption of the correct injector pulse width. So just keep your numbers (if close) and stick with them and move on to the base tables that need to be your primary concern.

good luck friend
