Default help reading tune

can anyone here help me with reading a locked tune?
a friend of mine has a car with a locked pcm and he somehow fried it
but I had uploaded his file a couple of months ago and told him I cannot read it.

I told him I will try to find a way to read it and load into another pcm when he gets it flashed at the dealer

Oh BTW he cannot send it back and get it fixed because he is not the original
owner of the unit

thanks for any help!!!

I have edit also

Have you contacted them? That may not have anything to do with getting it fixed.
