Default Guy wants to buy my 95' LT1 Camaro - Fair price?

Guy was fixing up my sisters house, where my old camaro is. And guy wants to buy it as a project car.

It has 125K miles on it, short block needs a rebuild. Needs paint. Needs alternator bracket which I haven't installed, I have just lost interest in even touching this car anymore.

LS1 Speed Pure Evil Stage II 4L60E Tranny Vacuum Modulated with about 3k Miles on it.
Vigilante Torque Convertor 2800, flashes to 3700 RPM all day long.
Ported Heads
Mac Mid-length headers with Mac Cat Convertor.
Hooker Cat-back.

I don't know what would be fair for it. Any ideas?

If it is truly in need of a rebuild, then 1500-2k is reasonable. I wouldnt pay more than that ... rebuild = $$$$$$$$
