Lower airbox??

Lower airbox?? well i got a new hood, and it seems that my clear whisper air lid is rubbing on it due to the marks....i want to buy a lower airbox for more flow, but due to this it porbably wont fit, right??
and is there a lid that is shorter in height than the clear whisper air lid, or are they all pretty much the same??

I saw somewhere on here that a member made a chevy symbol out of felt and put it on the hood, this stopped the marking. Also you could try to raise the hood latch a little but I think it will still rub, my SLP rubs the stocker, so I think it will rub my ss one as well
