I notice you guys use a "log" style manifold. Any reason you guys use these instead of a header?

There are a few reasons:

1. It works, and works without locating everything under the hood, yes you lose the AC [Only with the twin kit, but we are working on that] and the alternator is relocated.

2. It is a simple design, user/installer friendly. It is very easy to install, no need to pull the engine half way out of the car to make it fit. When we send the header out, we send it with turbo, wastegate and downpipe all assembled and that is how it is installed, slides in all as one piece. When we designed the lenghts of the primaries we did with spark plug changes in mind. When designing the header we actually put spark plug sockets with extensions on each plug and made sure there was easy clearance.

3. Easy design for us to mass produce. We do all of our work in house and outsource nothing when it comes to assembly, this is why our lead times are no longer then 4-5 weeks, though a little extra time, 1 - 2 weeks is required for ceramic coating.

Hope that helps

Hi Guys..
Those ceramic coatings look great..How much to do that and is it done on all the intercooler piping and the headers both?
Also what is going in that car again enginewise..?
I can see the fast intake and fast tb .
I wound up with a fast 90 intake and NW tb for my car and lingenfelter gt 7 cam.
Thinking of some patriot LQ9 heads and likley going iron block forged internals 408 or so.
As you guys know I have a twin kit on order from you. I also was wondering I sold my single racetronix pump and planning on that twin pump setup.
Does it come with an adjustable reg as it mentions boost switch but don't see reg mentioned. Is it included or optional.
And since likely get my patriot heads off you guys what valve size is best for my 408 build?2.02,2.05,2.08..not going to afr patriot will be fine or maybe dart.
I am really looking forward to seeing what this newest car can get dynowise and seeing if the fast intake and tb can really work ok on fi car.I have heard not so great..MTI did some dyno and said it was causing surging not sure what the deal was with that and some guys saying the fast can't take high boost..
So looking forward to seeing what this car does.

Oh Sh*t, the LT1 one guys always kid around about making them a kit because no vendor will usually take on the request. Now !, you really got my attention !! LT1 guys want a single and twin turbo option

Please keep the LT1 guys up to date and open a LT1 thread when you actually have some info to report

I can see it now, bling, bling twins.......

Keep up the good work guys.....

I've always wanted a S/C since I saw this GMR TT setup not 5 minutes ago, I've swung the other way. Turbo for me. But two just quick questions...

Can I keep my A/C?

Can I keep my true duals?

And one more! Do you have anymore pics???

We are working on a setup to relocate the a/c. It will be a add on if you want it when you buy the system. Yes you can keep the true duals. There are many threads on here for more pics...No that is not jet hot. We have them coated locally. It will stanf up to 1600deg. Thanks
