i ran my car stock and got 14.0 @ 101.....didnt really have any traction
put mods on in sig...still not to great of tractions with the same fuzions ZRI's ( that i ran with the previous time) and my best time was...

60' 2.277
1/8 9.1 @ 81.81 mph
1/4 13.84 @ 103.23

i havent had the plugs changed nor wires, since i got the car last july..i have 80k on it now..it still has stock tune with 2.73s

is there any hope for me to get into the 12's with tci 3800 stall, dr, tune, plugs and wires??? not sure...
but anyways thats my result with the new mods ( in sig)

welll you honestly didnt do much to the car! a lid intake and cat back is worth maybe 12hp all together. port your tb, get some headers and that stall and you will rip over a second off of that time

Your 60' is bad, get it down to a 2.0 before you think about getting a stall.

Those are about the times i'd assume that you would see with those mods and the lousy 2.73 gearing. Once you put in the stall you're gonna wonder why you were complaining. Most likely after the stall (And I hope new spark plugs) you will shave off atleast 4 tenths of a second.

Let us know how it turns out.

With just a lid and catback, I managed a 13.2 @ 106 with a 2.0 60' on street tires and 2.73s :)

What track did you run at and don't say Moroso!! :judge:

yeah thats where i ride. i manager a 2.106 60' on shitty street tires, once i get some nice ones i like it to be sub 2's

Ahhh Orlando Spin World. You'll get your best times there when there's a big event or you could also head to Bradenton but that's a bit away from you.

my car was also slow stock...i ran 14.1 @ 101 BONE stock.

with a 4k stall, 373 gears, a lid and LCAs i ran 8.18 @ 80 mph, very weak mph for the mods, but a good 60 got me a decent ET.

so then i added an ls6 intake, headers with 3" x + magnaflow 4x9 dumped @ the axle, still no engine tune, but got the tranny tuned (shift points and removed tqm).

adding the intake and exhaust increased my 1/8 mile trap by 6 mph (86 now) and my 1/4 trap by 5.5 (109 now). i am very pleased, as i thought i had a turd also...but my raceweight is 3750, perhaps that is something you should look into.

also...a stall with STICKY tires will get you in the 12s easy, given that you hook up.

moral of this story: keep modding, you will eventually find the bottleneck, evidently mine was in the exhaust..

Get that 60 ft down and you'll be happy.
I'm a '98 T/A, 87,000 miles, A4, only mods are 3000 stall converter, lid, muffler, lcas, shocks/springs, and adj. panhard bar.
Went 8.53 at 83 mph tonight on street tires, 1.9600 sixty foot time.
When I had a 2.32 60 ft my first run, I ran like a 9.05

Dont get discouraged if you see other people in other locations running better numbers. Its hard to get good numbers in places like florida and texas with the heat and the humidity. Definately the headers man. That helps a lot.
