Pretty easy. Do it your self and get teh car aligned afterwards. It will save you some cash. You'll need a special tool that you can buy or rent for free (you buy it then return it) at Autozone. You will have to drill/grind out the uppers as well.
Great time to do the LS1 Brake upgrade if you have the spindles.
