Default please post 5.3 head/ any cam numbers

I'm getting a set of stage 3 Patriot Performance 5.3L heads and was wondering what cam you all are using and what numbers you are putting down.
If not Patriot 5.3 heads, please post the valve size and flow numbers if you don't mind.

locked converter I would say you should be in the 380-410 range with what you have & are planning.

I'm using TEA stage 1.5v2 5.3L heads unmilled.
Flow sheet and dyno are in my sig.
2.02 intake valves and stock exhaust valves.
Using futral F6 cam- 226/230 595 595 112+4
I am very happy with the cars performance but may step up to a larger cam once it's daily driver role is over this year. Then it's my weekender/track car.

Awesome thats what I wanted to see-some 400+ numbers.
I figure with that, all bolt ons, 3.73s, a 4000 stall and some weight reduction I should be in 11s no prob. Thanks
If anyone else has some numbers post them up!

My old set up was CARTEK 3X 5.3ltr Heads/Cam. It made 450RWHP and 396RW-TQ
