I went & dynoed again today to see if I gained anything from Ellis re-doing my y-pipe (& deleting the cats). The final SAE #s are 540rwhp & 637rwtq. That is a gain of 14hp & 45lbs of tq! Not bad for only 7psi. To say the very least I am HAPPY!!! :fluffy:

I've attached a sheet with actual numbers that show 554/653, but you get the idea....THANKS ELLIS! :hail:

What's up with that torque curve?

Awesome stuff, Mark!

I love how the Horsepower axis doesn't start until 350 at the wheels, hahahahaha, and then it just builds up from there, that's just crazy! Your car has more power at 3k than mine does at 6k!

The tq curve is normal for an auto with a stall Tyler. If I locked it, then it would look more like your stick car does. But this converter is only good for ~500 locked. I can't wait to see what it will run at the track now that all (?) the kinks are worked out.

Very nice :)

I'm still standing by my 10.7's if you get it all working good on the track!

Me to!

I'll have to set a camera up on my dash so you can see your car blowing right by me off into the distance! :drive:

Congrat's Mark! You should supplement your income pulling stumps on weekends with that kind of torque on tap!

real nice numbers mark, should be good for some mid 10's if you can keep the tranny together with that grunt

looks like a big block power curve.

Thanks everyone! Some funny shit as usual. I am stoked as you can imagine. Those are turbo torque numbers, which I would guess are due to the stroker motor. No wonder it snapped Ellis's neck the other day. I can certainly see why he told me to call Yank and start talking about an upgrade....should be a fun year.

Mark, The wife and I will be down to see that bad boy run as soon as the weather gets nice.

That's why I quit modding the T/A. If ya can't go with a 408 stroker with a pro charger why bother.

See you this summer.

LOL, got to love the old dyno jet software...

Stump pullin :rotflmao: I put tow hooks on the car for tying it down on the trailer, all I'd need is some monster mudders on the rear..... ;)

And trust me Eddie, this level is not for everyone. Not only the expense, but the hassle you go thru to get here. And I've tried VERY hard not to adversely affect the driveability of the car. But it's inevitable. The suspension, exhaust & safety equipment alone made the car into something we wouldn't WANT to drive all the time. But is IS fun! :D

But if you REALLY wanted to, then I'd buy Sardog's car. That way you'd have a 10 second machine PLUS your car for cruising around town in. And hey, it's white!

Yeah yeah, you & Ellis & your damn WinPep 7. Someday I'll use a "real" dyno / software. Until then I'll suffer with my inflated numbers. (as will you with your whimpy ass 621 lbs of tq until the rest of us change over  )

Yeah, I'm hoping I can compete with a couple of you guys for 2nd place. How is yours coming along Robert? You gonna make it out to B-town next weekend?

It dosen't look like it, as I am waiting on some parts (some are go faster parts). Yea, 2nd place will likely go back and forth for a while, but that's the fun of it. :drive:

You mean AFTER you get it off the jack stands. :judge:

Not sure where I will end up, but I can pretty much guarantee it won't be low 10s. :( Not this year anyway.
