Key Fob does not work. What did I do?

This morning I put in a tune from another car and some tweeks I made. Before doing this the fobs worked fine. After they are not working. What did I do? Both fobs do not work and locks work fine in car.

Sometimes mine works and then doesn't work. After I took it apart and cleaned the contacts it did this much less frequently. Could be because the previous owner didn't baby the car like it deserved to be.
