Default Dunno if clutch is going out

I had an LS6 clutch installed but 7 months ago. Since that time I really haven't been hard on the car. Whenever I get on it as soon as I get up to 4th gear it feels like the pedal doesn't want to come off of the floor.

Is this the pressure plate going out, or might it be the slave cylinder?

Any help would be appreciated.

bummers, sounds like your slave most likely. When mine went the first 2 shifts were easy and the 3-4 was a gamble if I was gonna have any pressure left.... its also possible that your clutch line is close or against the exhaust manifold and is boiling the fluid... Should have replaced the slave when you did the clutch, its a problem item on our cars sometimes.

there's a poss. that it could be a weak pressure plate, but considering how new this clutch is, i would say slave cyl.
