problem with reverse

problem with reverse replaced stock "hurst" shifter with the Hurst Comp Plus then changed the stick and put the WS6Store's short throw on reverse still went into reverse with one hand now like 4 wks later i have to make it go into reverse by taking both hands and shoving it. would i need more tranny fluid maybe or something may have came a loose or would it have something to do with my clutch?!?!?! HELP
