Default custom air lid intake!

is it possible to make a custom air intake for my 98 z28 camaro without buying the slp lid?? any pics or info get bak asap!

dont buy the slp one, there are those out there for like 60 bucks...and to make one ull spend more then that, and u have to know how to prefab it all....just get one on ebay

Its possible...but easier to just go with a lid.

here is a pic of mine that I put on Saturday. It is a cross between Volants $355 and K&N $299. I got it from Tranzam00.



You could make something like this if you knew what you were doing. Do a search on Tranzam00 and you will find a thread about this intake.

Looks awesome man. One question though is that your daily drive because wouldnt rain get in there not bieng an *** im honestly just curious.

I have not debaffled the hood, so it would be hard for water to get in. Other people who have debaffled say they have zero problems with water. It is basically the Volant set-up with some minor differences. Looks cool and it makes a noticable difference in the pedal.
