Default Ceramic coatings

I have 2 options, JET-HOT 1300 or JET-HOT 2000 .. The 1300 looks great, the 2000 will withstand 2500deg, I would suspect the 1300 will withstand a little more than 1300 too.

Also - I plan to coat all my hot side parts including compressor housings, but no matter what coatings the headers get the housings will get 2000 black.

Boost levels will be around 15psi on the street, 25-30 at the track.

Is it safe to select the bling-bling coating on my headers?

I looked into this a little but was way out of my depth. I would like to know what everyone thinks.

I thought I read somewhere (maybe here, maybe turbomustangs) that someone had some 1300ish degree coating and it turned whitish. That person switched to to the black/green coating. I don't know if it was jethot though. I prefer black anyway.

I'll look for that thread and see if I can't find it.
