Are you using the rpm input? If so where are you getting your signal?

I have this controller, haven't spayed with it yet, but when I arm the nitrous, the main box for the controller sounds like it makes a spuddering noise, not sure if it's just interference or what.

Need to give some details on how you have it wired etc. I've personally installed several of these and they work perfect.

Sorry to bring this back from the dead, but it was better then starting a new thread, still have the same problem with my MINI controller(no spray), this is how I have it wired up.

All wires are for Ch. 1

Blue wire from box is fused to a 12V power source
Yellow wire from box is connected to both fuel and nitrous solenoids
Both solenoids are grounded
Both ground wires for the mini controller are grounded
Blue/White wire from box is tapped into blue wire on TPS
Green wire from box(Tach input) is tapped into my Autometer Tach which is tapped into the ECU, the signal on the controller is set up for a 4 cylinder
White wire from box is going to the middle position on the arming switch
Arming switch power wire is going to a 12V power source
Switch is grounded

The system is a NOS wet plate setup with the NOS mini progressive controller.

Does everything sound like it's hooked up right or did I make a mistake somewhere, any help would be great.

The blue wire should go to the solenoids, the other end of the solenoids should go to the battery positive.
the yellow wire is not used, this is to trigger external devices.
I think you have everything else hooked up right.
I have the same setup and it works great, let me know if that works.

Great thanks alot, one other thing though, aren't the solenoids suppose to be grounded or is that what the unit ground is for?

Thats why the unit is grounded, also make sure you choose a good location for your ground. I ran mine to where the battery cable attaches to the frame.

Well did all that just like you said and still no spray, I'm thinking it's gotta be a ground problem, so I'll that'll be my next step, thanks for all the help, if anything else pops up let me know.
