Just wondering, but are you guys thoughts on swapping one into an F-Body, anyone tried this before? Any theories? Just wondering, I'll something to add later on but just wanting to see your thoughts on it first.

Something to think about, guys on the ls1gto board are swapping the IRS out for 12bolts. In an effort to stop wheel hop on my goat I have put BMR drag bags, Qa1 shocks, Harrop diff cover. I also had to put in BMR CV axles after breaking one and subframe connectors. Now in all fairness once you start putting the mods in a F body you see very similar list of parts. But what I am getting to is by the time the back end is stable enough for hard straight line running it is very stiff and almost reacting more like a straight axle.

I heard that the C4 rears that used a leaf spring system never really had too much of a problem with wheel hop, well for an IRS anyways, just wondering on what you guys think about it as far as possibility and what would have to be done.
