T.B. bypass deletes the flow of coolant through your throttle body.

TB bypass does work, our intakes are heat soaked enough to begin with, deleting the CAT will help, BUT DO NOT GUT IT, put a straight pipe through it, and turn off the rear 02's for no codes.

MAF descreen doesnt work, east side perf's high 8 second LS1 w/ n20 runs that time with a stock maf and the screen inside, so if it isnt restricting it then, then who care. I bought a new MAF recently, i left it in.

I dunno what they are, but i'm sure that they're normal hot rod tricks. Remove front swaybar, remove belt, remove air filter/silencer/airbox, tb bypass, dump the exhaust, ice the intake, move the AIT sensor.

I done one free mod that was well worth the time..
On the IAT sensor that is mounted on the air intake Elbow, when you sit at traffic and the engine is hot all the hot air is rising right under the IAT sensor and giving it a false air intake reading and it is Retarding the engine thinking the intake air is warmer then what it really is, (so your losing power )once you start moving and getting the air to circulate then it will get a truer reading on your sensor.
What i did was move that sensor over to the air cleaner box so the air that is going into the intake is more aacurate to the air outside and not the hot air from the motor.
you will have to extend the wires plus i made a hole and put a gromet on the air cleaner box.
it made a big differance on mine when your sitting at a stop light and the heat is building up, I think on mine it was about 30deg or so differant.

I'm not sure on the years before they changed it and did mount the sensor on the air cleaner box?
