Time for a teaser. No racing yet, but that should happen this weekend if everything stays on track.

Sounds great Eric.

Couple of questions.

1) With your new scooooope (or shovel ) where is it getting its air. Your new hood doesn't have any air vents.

2) When are you going to paint the hood? At least it doesn't look painted yet - or is it the bright Florida sun? We haven't seen the sun in over a week.

By the way, my car will NOT be ready this weekend, hopefully next weekend .

Good luck at the track. What are you going to shoot - 400, 500 shot ?

The shovel... I like that It will pick up the air in front of the radiator and where the old hood latch stuff used to be. Remember, I'm no Pro Stock N/A car and I make my own atmosphere.

Just got the hood done yesterday. Yes it's still the gel coat black. Will work on getting it painted after I get through the race weekend.

I can't shoot that much can I?

Thanks y'all.

Devon, that cam is way smaller than yours 230s to 240s on the duration and bottom 600 on the lift.

Oh, so you stayed pretty much with the same cam you had? Cuz it sounded pretty nasty, figured you'd up it while you were down.

A friend asked about the exhaust in another post so I thought I'd show the system again -

Looks pretty nice there, why you leave the heat shields in (I know they only weigh about 3 oz or something)... I need to invest in a set of SYAB, too much riding under there.

Yeah, I don't have a chance against most of them anyways, it'd be a lot more interesting if I had both stages though, but next time! By the way, I hope it cools down a little before tomorrow, it's been hot a **** these past few days!
