Ok, so I have two things with my 2001 SS that really pisses me off right now... one I can ignore as its rare to hear it ... but the other makes me afraid to even let my girlfriend sit in the passenger seat.

It squeaks, and not a good squeak, a seat squeak I can understand every here and there, but not when you can hear it under the car, while outside of the car, and it happens while under acceleration, or with the car stopped and somebody just pushing the seat slightly.

I'm afraid of what the problem could be, and I haven't the tools to even pull the seat and check under the carpet to look... but I'm wondering if it could be a serious issue with the metal, or just not tightened down enough...

I need suggestions,

Just worried and scared...

the other problem I have is when the drivers side window goes up it clicks right before it stops, but that doesn't bother me because I've seen it happen on other F-Bodies as well and I know the fix for it

10mm bolt to remove the seats..4 each on each seat...I take mine out to clean the car...

As for teh squeak.....maybe she has gass....less veggies more fruit!
