It's a little joke about the stall torque ratio on the convter, how is "multiplies" the torque.
I bought the mufflers through Vinci High Performance from Bassani. They didn't have a part number when I bought them, so I dont know if you can buy them. I talked with them for a long time about their mufflers at the NMCA show at Bradenton Motorsports Park, and they set me up with some mufflers.
