Help rattle sound coming from T56

When I start up the car I can hear a loud marble like rattle coming from the trany. It also happens when leave 1st gear and sometimes in second and third. Sometimes it goes away other times its louder. Please Help. 98 Camaro SS M6

Mine's doing the same thing. It goes away when you press the clutch in. I called T56 rebuilds and was told it might be the pilot bearing in the transmission, or it could just be the clutch itself being noisy.
