Anyone run without windows using nets? Is the weight reduction worth it vs the loss of aerodynamics? Please enlighten me on the subject.

Basically, this is a street/strip car. It has no AC and it's in Texas, so the windows are always down, no matter what. I figured i should just get rid of them.


I'm not sure of the rules regarding windows, but this is for a 9 second car.

id think u would have too much drag from having no windows.

why would you get rid of the windows? have you ever seen one really fast drag car without windows? you ever seen a pro stocker, or a pro mod with no windows?
