Question something wrong with my car

after WOT~~ my rpm doesnt go down below 1500.... usually itz at around 600-800 rpm but it stays at 1500... after complete stop.. what could be wrong??

after i restart my engine it goes back to normal..

i have manual tranny if that helps..

I'd take the lid/bellows off, open it up to WOT by hand, and let go slowedly, and see if it sticks at all.

I know my buddies found some gunk on his BBK 80MM TB, and just used a dremel or whatever and cleaned it up.

With my 80mm bbk When i would slow down, my rpm's would stay up and then slowly go down. I just took it off and put the stock one on

Have seen this in the past on a few others. Turned out to be a bad TPS-Throttle Position Sensor. Internals go bad and it will not always return to the idle positon.
