i see your in phoenix. i know here in vegas we have a high elevation and da? and cars dont run what they run most other places, at least a half a second slower than normal. im not sure how it is in phoenix but id imagine its close to the same as vegas, whats your 60fts and mph. i have similiar mods and run a 13.5@105 in vegas with 2.1-2.2 60's.

Well Arizona's track is probably pretty hot. What you can do is look up the DA of that area during the time you were at that track. There is a way to do that online, but I forget how to. It would probably help everyone out if we knew what your trap speed was, and your 60' time. 13.5 sec. is on the slow side for your mods, but it could just mean that your car needs to be tuned (My car shaved off 5 tenths of a sec. and gained over 20whp with a tune).

I ran a 13.3 in my 99 trans am in phoenix at speedworld. the only mods i had were 4.10s, nitto 555r street tires(NOT drag radials) slp lid/kn filter, and magnaflow exhaust, diablo predator tune. my car was a 6-speed, and thats with 2.1 60 ft. so i would say your time is not that great. just my .02.
