Default Question on hydrolics?

I have a 2000 camaro that I have replaced the slave to the upgraded one when I installed my textrailia. I was wondering if you are supposed to upgrade your master also to the newer ones or is it just the slave? The other day I was using the mighty vac to get the air out and some grease came out in small chunks Ive never had this happen before but it leads me to believe that the seal may be bad. The clutch never really feals good, very notchy while shifting into any gear. Ive bled the system so many times and every time theres air, and Im not talking two or three bubbles more like ten big ones.
So what do you guys think? Any help would be great.
Thanks

I'd always suggest a new master specially if you have debris in the reservoir.
Better yet get an adjustable master as a replacement. Plenty of sponsors sell the stock converted adjustable ones.
