Default Throttle Cable issues

Hello Everyone,
I did a little maintence on my engine today, which involved disconnecting my throttle cable line from the throttlebody. Well, before all this work, my throttle cable system worked fine. Now, the blade won't close all the way, and I have to manually force the blade closed, and sometimes it won't stay closed. Then, I hit the gas while sitting at idle, and the throttle plate stuck open, so I shut'er down, and my cruisecontrol motor was clicking weird and I had to manually pull on it to get it to stop even after the engine was off...This is a 2001 TA wS6.

WTF is up with my throttle cable system, anyone have any suggestions? It's not driveable the way it is currently.

Best Regards,
Adrian

Are you sure you put the throttle cable back on the throttle body right?

I'll check all of the above a little more thoroughly, thanks for the suggestions.

Its the cruise control mechanism. Its directly behind the battery, and you can take that top cover off via some push levers on the sides of it. It just pulls right up. I messed with it some more, and tugged on some lines here and there and it appears to have fixed it....who knows lol...

Best Regards,
Adrian
