hey has anybody ever used EAS betagen? do you guys think its better than phosphagen?

I used it a lot in high school. I think its a good supplement but there are better ones for the money. eat lots of good food and work your ass off.

betagen is a waste of money. If you want creatine you can just get pro performance GNC brand be just as good. Eat good as stated and increase your intake of protein.
