Default PT76 driveability in A4

How do those of you with the PT76 turbo on your car (Stock 346 C.I.D) like the drivability of the car in city traffic? If it is an A4 car what type and RPM stall are you using and with what gear ratio in the rear? I am at a crossroads regarding the PT74 vs. the PT76. I have had a Mustang (306) with a 72-mm on it and there was a little lag but it was not bad considering. All thoughts regarding these questions are appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I really don't think you would EVER notice the difference between a 74 and a 76 assuming the same exhaust side.
