you dont want an A-5, if your looking for a cheaper end gun get an ION, personally I wouldnt own one becasue of the way the internals are set up but Id prefer it over an A-5 anyday.

yea, i have a minimag as well, as it shoots straight with a longer barrel but it needs to be clean to shoot as straight as the pro-lite.

i've been thinking of selling everything and picking up an custom autococker, now THOSE guns shoot straight as ****, every time. smooth *** trigger pulls too.

electronic guns are cool, i'd pick up an angel if i found it cheap, but they aren't as reliable in my eyes.

Tippmann A-5 is a good gun. Both me and my brother have ours all decked out. When you get the A-5, make sure you get the e-grip and buy the JCS trigger for it. That trigger makes a world of difference. And I'm sure you know all about the flatline barrel...that's a must.

Good luck in your search and have fun shooting people.
