Default Getting tuned tomorrow

Well since I have had the car running for over a month now I'm tired of it running like crap and know a guy who is giving me and my friend a good deal on a dyno tune on a Mustang dyno. I was just curious as to what you think my numbers will be when it is all said and done, mods in sig, and possibly a guess at my 1/4 times as well since he will also be doing 1/4 mile simulation (I know its not exact)

280 rwhp Im not sure exactly how aggressive your cam and such is but running threw the stall'd A4, ill guess 384 rwhp and 1/4, 11.6's. However.... these are jsut up in the air guesses, lol

I'd say 378 rwhp and 11.7 in the 1/4 mile in you can hook.

I dropped off the car at 10am but another car was ahead of me, he said it'll be done tomorrow for sure though and I'll be recieving dyno numbers and 1/4 mile times as it sits before the tune. He says he usually spends almost a whole day tuning the car so that everything from idl to shift points are perfect. Hopefully I will have video of the pulls and runs to post up.

Well Sean called me today and told me that they got 4 decent pulls as is with no tuning and it pulled 336rwhp. The numbers seem really low and I know the final numbers will be better but if you think about it all, my previous dyno was 279rwhp on a dynojet, and this was on a mustang dyno which always reads much lower (more accurately though) and even with the different dynos I still picked up 57rwhp untuned which to me is not bad at all. Sean said he knows there is a lot left in the car but I will update tomorrow.

Like any combo you put together you need to figure what the parts should be worth and add them to your base. You can't base it off other car because all cars and dyno's are different. Its to bad you didn't get a base pull on that dyno before the install. Keep us up dated. Good luck.

Yeah that is true, but I'm manily concerned about the quater mile et. If I have lower numbers but the car still runs well then I'll be happy, plus it'll be more sleeperish that way

Horsepower means nothing if you can't get the power to the ground and I know this from experience.
