Yeah, that's where I want to end up.

But, right now, I'm buying a Moser 9" with 35 spline Strange axles, and a spool for $200.

I don't want the spool. And if possible, I don't want to have to buy new axles, but I may have to go to 31 spline.

Also, does anyone know how much power I'll lose with 35 spline over 31?

I also have the feeling the axles are setup for drag racing only. I may have to get a more street friendly setup.

But, it's $200!!

Only Diff you can get in a 35 spline is a detroit locker. If you want something else you will have to drop down to 31 pline axles.

Unless you're making gobs and gobs of torque, 31 splines are all you'll need.

Yeah, I'm hoping it has 31 spline. I still haven't gotten the rear yet.

Ummm no you can't.

In a 12 bolt, yes.

In a 9", no.

Indeed, for the Truetrac in a nine inch the only two options as far as axle spline go are 28 and 31". The 31" spline axles will take a beating though, they are strong. Bob
