ATI Procharger PB600 kit
I'm going to pick up the kit listed above. But does anyone know what it cost to rebuild the head unit for this kit? Also will this kit be useless for the forged 355 that I'm currently building? And last but not least what cam is a good cam to go with?

definately get it rebuilt and run a good BOV.
The By-pass that came in my kit stuck and then the P600B head unit exploded through my then new engine. I still have the Head unit as a reminder
You should not have any problems if you run low boost. I was pushing 14Psi per ATI directions and help at the time. the D1 was not out then

Where do I find a good BOV. I'm sorry for all the questions but I'm a F.I. noob and trying to better knowledge myself. Any help from you guys would be apreciated. Should a get bigger valves when getting my heads done? Or will building boost be a problem if I do that. You F.I. guys post up the specs of the heads your running...

Don't you guys have a MAF sensor? You can't run a BOV with one - you need a bypass valve. Check at www.proficientperformance.com. They have all different brands and have been good to me. I like the Vortech bypass valves.

I had my p600b rebuilt, and worse case scenario, it's about $350. That's replacing the impeller blade and everything. All I needed was a new seal, but they do the seals anyway. I think it was around $150 or something like that. I'm running around 15psi on mine with a 383. There really isn't any difference between the p600b and the p1 except the p1 has 50 more max hp, max boost is 30psi on the p1 and 24psi on the p600b, and max impeller rpm on the p1 is 62,000 where as the p600b is 60,000. Also the internal step-up on the p1 is 3.05:1 and the p600b is 4.10:1.

Nope, I took the fmu of when I did my 383 rebuild. I have 60# injectors and I am getting it tuned hopefully by next week. Waiting on a friend to get lt1 edit w/ unlimited vins so I don't have to haul my car to Ed Wright.

Good news I picked up my P600B kit up today. Got it for 500 bucks!!!! Got all the piping intercooler. He said it was an air to water one.But doesn't look like it to me. Can someone post a pic of there's? Also got an in-line fuel pump. Which i might not need. I got a walbro 255 lph in tank fuel pump. That should be plenty. Also got the FMU, and MAF sensor messager. But I have one problem. Anyone know where I can get and installation manual/guide? Maybe online somewhere or one of you have one that you don't need anymore... HOOK ME UP!!! Also any tricks or trouble shooting advise you guys have solved will be nice... And one more thing. Anyone got a belt number for this kit it didn't have one..

Depends on where you put the MAF
So we will call it a "By-pass" Buy a good BOV and just route the out let back into the blower BY-PASS LOL!

I think I'm using the 41 1/2 inch belt. Could be the 42. Call procharger, they can tell you what you should get. Get a smaller pulley. Smaller pulley=more boost. What's the combustion chamber on your heads?
