Default maybe coil?

heres the deal I drove my car on a mountain cruise it ran fine and had no troubles. I got back and it sat for about a week, then when i got back in it it skips and runs like crap, I am thinking it may be a bad coil. Is there anyway to check the coils individually?

Well, there probably is, but I doubt that a coil went out like that.
I would start with your fuel system and go from there. Change the filter...ect.

Some shops might be able to hook it up to a tester. There are testers for the blaster type coils and for spark plug wires, but I bet that it would be about the same for testing the current.

Yeah you got to test the resistance on each coil. If you have a multi meter you can do it.

Or The Easy way is to go to Advance Auto and buy a tester. they plug into the end of the wire that would snap on the plug. Crank the car and see if you are getting fire. Total cost of like $7.97
