It has been amicably resolved. Please reference the attached signed agreement. This will be the final post regarding the matter.

Best Regards - SLP Performance Parts and Scott Martin.

Glad to see this got done. We still won't ever know what happened to the engine but I do feel better about having it in my car. I just wished we could have seen the results of why the parts failed.

its not my business at all, but I hate coverups. somebody screwed up, a vendors reputation has been damaged, and we don't have the facts to know if the parts were bad, if the vendor screwed up, or what happened.

End result, SLP still leaves a bad taste in my mouth, deservedly or not...

I thought threads for the feedback section were not suppose to be deleted or removed? Unless I'm not seeing it somewhere.

Guess Slp has some pull! I dont want to get this thread locked so I'll bite my tongue! Besides, it has a horrable taste in it now anyway. Even if this thread stays it doesn't matter for the people who dont know what happened.

This thread should probably be deleted/removed as well. Since all it shows is that it got covered up in my eyes. I am however glad that the person who had the problem got something out of it, I guess!

Why couldnt the other thread stay and just be updated and locked! I'm sure alot of people would rather see that happen anyway.

Its nice that the result was posted in a thread that had nothing to do with the problem! Way to go Slp by stepping up!

edit, Hey cypher, I read you guidline post so I hope my post here isnt to out of line. I do agree with alot you've said. I have nothing to do with this motor incident, but have had dealings with this company, good or bad. I'm sure this thread will get locked/deleted anyway. So sad! I just dont see what the agreement between Slp and this guy have to do with this forum or any other. It just makes Slp look like even worse in most peoples eyes. Which I'm sure you guys already know that.
