I tried doing a search on this topic but I wasn't really able to come up with a definitive answer. How do you remove the plastic front license plate holder on a 2000 Z28? When the plate is removed you can see what looks like 3 rivets in the plastic. I don't want to remove it if I have to damage something to get it off in case I need to reinstall it due to local police. Thanks for your help.

Yeah you can see where it was screwed in.

I dont think you can damage it...you will just have those three holes where it used to be basically.

How can you access the fasteners? Are they bolted on the inside side of the bumper?

Should be just screws. No biggie taking those off.
