Default Halo Install Question . . .

I just purchased a used set of Halo's (thanks Lithium!) so i dont have the instructions

What do i hook the two little halo light wires up to? im not supposed to run a seperate circuit am I? Im assuming i splice them into one of the headlight wires.

i spliced into the parking lights. make sure you don't splice into the indicators, or your halos will blink.

mine are with the ones that flash when you activate your alarm....i remember cause it winks at me when i turn it on

I assume you ground one wire and send the other to a switched power source...

I bought a set from quiet_storm98 and plan on hooking them up to the factory foglights.

I am also going to make it so that my factory foglights can be turned on independently of the headlights coming on. This way if I want them on during the day the will be but if not they won't (I still have my DRL's so if I hooked them up to the turn signals they'd be on all the time)...

Mine are spliced to the fogs.

Then I killed the auto headlights in the Camaro

Now the Halos are on a switch! (fog switch now turns the fogs and halos on) so in the evening I can drive with headlights and halos or just the ring.

Yeah, I plan on a auto headlights over ride switch... as soon as I have a day off...
