Best way to flush clutch fluid....??

Default Best way to flush clutch fluid....??

Just wanted some ideas on it. Yes I did a long search.

I use a turkey baster and suck out as much fluid as I can, then drive it and repeat it a few times. I know it's not perfect, but it sure is easy and it helped solve my engagement problem on high RPM shifts.

Ditto. Exactly what I do.

If you have to do a complete flush as in changing the type of fluid you are using, that's a different story. I'd start with the above, put a tube on the end running to a jar of fluid, then open the valve in the slave and have someone add fluid as you slowly pump the pedal. There are other ways too.

I was wondering if its possible to do it with the slave out. I just pulled the trans to do a clutch change. Sorry took so long to reply I was busy but thanks guys.

I've got a remote slave bleed line on the way from Steve-d on here to hopefully make this a little easier...

I did it that way, but my LS6 clutch has a little bit of chatter. Dont know if thats the reason though. I pressurized the the resevoir, and popped open the bleeder, and just let the clean fluid push the nasty stuff out.

I opened the bleeder and used a pump to push new fluid all the way through the system.
