What would it take??? what would it take to fit this alternator http://www.msdignition.com/1aps.htm

anyone? the reason i ask is because the msd alternator looks 100x better than the stock, and it has multiple mounting positions and a 6 rib pulley available so it looks like it would fit a 350.
