Default LSx vs LTx engines, No contest , heres the truth!

The LSx engines win. Period.
All the people that keep comapring them are just trying to justify apples to oranges.
The LSx engines on engine dyno, bone stock will clean every LTx engines ( bone stock) clock and make more power, and anything else the LT1 thinks it can do better. Period. So stop the constant questions abotu LS1 vs LT1 engines. LS1 are superior by far. And the LS2/LS6 is even Better, and the LS7 kicks everyones butt, etc etc etc.
There are so many variables in a vehicle that you cant compare them based on engines, because its not feasible. The clutch, the Converter, the driveshaft, gears, oil, traction, weight, elevation at track balh blah. I could go on, but you need to really stop the madness.
Oklay, off my soap box.

Not really this is just a pointless thread, but does it really matter who is better/faster/whatever. Just mod what you have there will always be someone faster or with deeper pockets.

Wow. This guy is a flamer.

Maybe he doesn't konw this, but the LT1 engine is an OLDER engine.

Ls1 engine is ALMOST BRAND NEW!

Yet I find it amazing with only a few minor bolt ons you can have an Ls1's ***.

Get over yourself and go troll somewhere else.....maybe the...hm....LS1 section?

I'm sure one of us will make an appearence over sometime soon.

You guys are so predictable, thinking I am an LS1 engine owner and trolling over here. Jokes on you for reading the thread and making comments.
PS. My engine is an LT1

Aren't the fastes LS1's and LT1's within a few tenths of a second of each other? Yea, LS1 is FAR superior. I bet its embarrasing when one hands you your *** huh? Bottom line is money, 90K to spend then you could honestly pick either engine. 10K to spend, the LS1 will come out on top because of the Valve Angle. Thats really the only reason the LS1 is considered FAR superior. Please, move on sir. LS1 vs LT1, LS1 is supposed to better stock for stock because last time i checked it was designed after the LT1 but once you mod, the sky is the limit
