Default Just ordered the plate from Dave

Sent an email on Friday to order the plate for my Z06. Hopefully I can get it installed before Colorado Track Day on May 10th. I'll post results. I might run tomorrow with the current setup for a baseline. If I don't, I'll dyno it. With the new clutch and line lock, I should be able to dip into the 11s. It's a little harder up here a mile high...

At sea level, I'd be closer to 10s.

Anyway, looking forward to the plate. I may rethink my plumbing setup later this season. It's tempting to get the standalone fuel setup and go with a bigger progressive shot... We'll see how close it gets to the 11.5 limit with the plate. I don't really want to put in a roll bar, anyway.

Tony
Get a pull NA with the plate installed. I've seen post where guys have picked a few ponies just from the plate.
I'm planning on getting one for my car to replace my single fogger setup. A few extra hp from just the plate would be a cool bonus.

Thanks chris, I am toying with fabbing something from the PS reservoir bolts or the intake/ coil pack bolts, will be doing that Monday or Tuesday. I will post pics when I get them. The Nitrous Noid location looks the same as I am doing.

Can you order the plate by itself? I saw where it was included in a kit, but couldn't find just the plate. Also, can you use standard jets?

look for the plate conversion on their website. It comes with jets. Ranges from $225 to ~$290 depending on single or two stage. Call them.

Yup. just call em up and tell em you want only the plate. It comes with with jets as well. Hope this helps. I wish they were open now because I am chomping at the bits sitting here waiting to order my progressive controller. I feel like Beavis when he got geeked out on caffeine and sugar!!! Are you threatening me, are you threatening the great Cornholio!!!???
